Gamer Doc® Video Games Coming to Texas

First Texas Gamer Doc Will Be in Katy

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb. 8, 2011 – Gamer Doc®, the retail video game store franchise that delivers a new and interactive customer experience, today announced that the first Gamer Doc store in Texas will be located in Katy, at 931 Mason Road. Franchise owner Leo Bernard plans to open in mid-March.

Tulsa-Area Town of Bristow Will Be Location of First Store in the State

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Oct. 13, 2010 – Gamer Doc®, the retail video game store franchise that delivers a new and interactive customer experience, announces the one-year anniversary of its first store in Michigan. The store has built a loyal customer base that includes gamers of all ages.

“The Pro Player room is very popular, because there is nothing else like it in the area,” store owner David Schroeter said. “It’s 1,100 square feet, and features nine wall-mounted, HD monitors for play on Xbox®, PlayStation® and Wii® consoles, as well as PC and online games. The Pro Player room can be rented out for birthday parties and other special occasions, or for just a couple of hours after school or work.”

Gamer Doc is located at 5161 Northland Dr., NE, and the official anniversary was celebrated on Sept. 25. Deals that day included a 10% bonus on all trade-ins, and a buy one, get one free offer on all used games. There was a lock-in that night, complete with pizza and soft drinks.
