DON'T use Bristow loacation!! They don't sell games, they don't buy games, all they do is rent. However they will charge you $200 to do a POT TWEAK to your consoles laser to make it play games again, but if you use GOOGLE you will find out it takes about 5 minutes to fix your console yourself.

As the above statement says, we do everything. We also take care of our customers and if there is ever an issue, the customer is more than welcome to come in and we will do whatever we can, to make it right.

Speaking for myself, and being the only tech here, I have never, and will never use a "POT Tweak". If the drive is bad, the drive is replaced, not tweaked, modded or made to temporarily work.

At this location, as well as all of our locations, we will go above and beyond to take care of the customer, no matter what.

If you buy games how come when I brought in 16 games you refused to even look at them? You said you don't buy games. So I said what games do you have for sell. You said you don't sell games, but you would rent me a game for 10 bucks a month. So I asked if you sell parts for xbox 360 you said yes. So I asked for a laser, you said NO and tried to sell a xbox 360 arcade for more than what it cost to get a xbox 360 slim at Wal-Mart.
Oh and you can't simply replace a drive in a console anymore we are not in the Sega CD days. Drives are console specific.

P.S. I bet a friend $20 that he couldn't sell you 1 game for a $1 thanks for the $20.

Well we buy and sell games all the time.We still buy an sell xbox and ps2 even, almost every game in the store is for sell or rent and we have a few hundred so far. But we dont sell parts we do repairs and we fix consoles, cell phones, computers cheaper than most stores. Our used 360's go for like 125 dollars. We also give more for used games than other game stores. If you are so dissatisfied why dont you come into the store and we will do what we can to make you happy thx.
