Peter Jeakins Wins Gamer Doc Burlington Cup and $500 Store Credit

It was a long and grueling test for the 32 contestants, who were chosen at random from the pool of applicants from radio station Y108, but a great time was had by all. The semi-final match-ups were the most entertaining point of the tournament, with the eventual champ, Jeakins, defeating Ryan Bender on one side of the draw, and MacLean ousting MacLellan on the other side. Jeakins then coasted through the best of three final to take home the Gamer Doc Burlington Cup.

“We at Gamer Doc Burlington would like to thank all the participants for their true sportsmanship, patience and true sense of Canadian humor during the long day,” Bajc said. “They made all of us up here at Gamer Doc Burlington proud to be TRUE HOCKEY LOVIN’ CANADIANS!
