Gamer Doc™ Video Games Announces Four New Store Locations

Toronto, Miami, Philadelphia and Atlanta Opening Soon

SEATTLE, Wash., Oct. 28, 2008 – Gamer Doc™, the retail video game store that delivers a new and interactive customer experience, today announced four new store locations across North America - http://www.gamerdoc.com/locations.aspx. Site selection has been completed in Toronto, Miami, Philadelphia, and Atlanta, and all are slated to be open soon.

“Since opening our store in Los Angeles, the response to the Gamer Doc concept and the innovative shopping experience we are bringing to retail has been tremendous,” said Jim Belanger, president of Gamer Doc. “Our franchisees are very excited to be part of the video game industry, which continues to show strong growth even in this sluggish economy. According to research firm The NPD Group, year-to-date sales are tracking 26 percent ahead of 2007, which was a record-breaking year, and with the November release of triple-A titles Gears of War 2, Call of Duty: World at War, and Wrath of the Lich King, we expect that 2008 sales will set an even higher record.”

Customers can easily find the games, consoles and accessories they want at the Xbox® 360, PlayStation® and Wii® “Gamer Centers” featured in each store. Gamer Doc also offers HD flat-panel monitors and cables, and the knowledgeable staff is happy to show customers how to hook-up their systems so that they can enjoy the best game play possible.

“Gamer Doc is more than a video game store; it is an entertainment center,” Belanger said. “Rather than watch TV, go to a movie or attend a sporting event, consumers of all ages are choosing video games as the best value and the most fun for their entertainment dollar, and we are here to meet all of their needs.”
